Payments and Subscriptions

All payments for our services are processed securely through our partner, Stripe. By subscribing to any of our services, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Aleksandr Kim is the official representative of Pecan Studio Web Agency and is authorized to issue invoices and accept payments on behalf of the company.

Website SEO Optimization

Monthly subscription includes a pre-set minimum of 20 hours per month. Additional hours can be added as needed (by prior agreement) on the subscription page.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to automatically charge your payment method each month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided. If you experience any issues with our services, please contact us at support@pecanstudio.com, and we will work to resolve your concerns.
